Vibe Marketing is an advertising management platform that allows users to manage campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and TikTok Ads through a unified interface. The Service connects to these platforms via their official APIs to provide campaign management, analytics, and optimization features.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the security of your account credentials and API tokens
  • All activities that occur under your account or connected advertising accounts
  • Ensuring you have proper authorization to manage the advertising accounts you connect
  • Compliance with the terms of service of each advertising platform (Google, Meta, TikTok)

4. Advertising Platform Compliance

You must comply with all advertising policies and terms of service of the platforms you use through our Service. This includes Google Ads policies, Meta Advertising Standards, and TikTok Advertising Policies. We are not responsible for any policy violations or account suspensions on these platforms.

5. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Zero Billion Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to lost advertising spend, missed campaign opportunities, or data loss.

7. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our discretion. You may stop using the Service and disconnect your advertising accounts at any time.
